3. Product Use & Disclaimer Sheath Relief™ products are intended for external equine hygiene use only. Always follow label instructions. We are not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, or improper application. Consult a veterinarian with any health concerns regarding your horse.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due in full at time of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheath Relief™ and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or Site.

6. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your horse to be happy with Sheath Reliefâ„¢.

1. Returns Due to the hygienic/personal-care nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
​
2. Non-Returnable Items Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, except in cases of manufacturer defect.
​
3. Damaged or Defective Products If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at allison@sheathrelief.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.Â
